1. What tyre pressures are needed?

This varies from manufacturer and personal choice but you should always consult your manual or manufacturer if you are not sure.

2. What effect does tyre pressure have on the Scooter?

Front: Under inflation makes the front end heavy to turn the handlebars.

Front: Over inflation may give a hard feel from the front ends suspension. An over inflated front tyre will loose its footprint and will not have enough grip on cornering.

Rear: Under inflation makes the back end loose and squirm around on corners.

Rear: Over inflation will lose the tyres footprint and grip and will wear the centre line of the tyre on a long straight run.
