190cc Gilera runner ceramic conversion

As part of the ongoing work on the 210cc conversion, this is the first kit we have done that can be described as a viable easy to fit kit.
It is based on a standard Gilera 180 barrel and head (which are the parts we need you to send us if you want the conversion). The condition of the bore is not important as we rebore the barrel and put a ceramic lining in.
We cannot do this conversion to a Malossi barrel because the spigot would be too thin.
We are working on an steel linered conversion for the Malossi kit but this will only fit 180 casings. 125 casings would need to be opened up to suit the bigger spigot.

You do not need to do anything to your crank but we do recommend fitting the Malossi race crank as the standard ones are not strong enough.
The current price to do your barrel and head is £348.75.
This price includes UK VAT at 17.5% but does not include postage.
The price without VAT (for outside Europe) is £296.81. This price also does not include postage.

Note that the port isn't as polished as we would normally do it.
This is because the chemicals in the nicasil and the ceramic coating react and attack the alloy and then leave a semi shiny finish, similar to rough chroming.
This coating is exceedingly hard so a diamond tool would be required to clean up the deposit and it would take a long time to tidy up.
